This project redesigned the platform and business model to define clear user roles and build a connected ecosystem for homeowners, designers, and suppliers. It enables users to explore inspiration, manage budgets, and build project teams, while professionals showcase work and collaborate through dedicated dashboards, creating a seamless end-to-end home-design experience.
My role
I joined the project after the first phase was completed and continued the design work, implementing features through to delivery. I created new screens, adapted the experience for mobile, followed the product specification, and consistently identified gaps and improved the flow throughout the process.

A design system is essential
I joined the project after the first phase had already been developed without a structured design system, which made it difficult to maintain consistency and led to significant back-and-forth adjustments. Despite the limited time, I worked to bring clarity and structure to the design process.
